SMB HEROES ("SMB HEROES", "we", "us", or "our") values and respects your privacy. SMB HEROES provides applications, including the Hermes Planner, Talaria Driver, and Iris Track applications (collectively, the "Apps"), that enable companies to manage logistics, route planning, delivery operations, and customer tracking for Shopify-enabled or other online stores.
We have prepared this privacy policy to describe the manner in which we collect, use, and disclose personal information processed in the course of providing our services to our customers, when you use our Apps, visit our website located at https://smbheroes.space (the "Website"), or otherwise interact with us.

Provision of the Apps and Our Services: When using our Apps and services, our customers give us access to information in their possession including client information such as name, shipping address, billing address, phone number, email address, and signature. When our customers' employees, independent contractors, or agents use our Apps, we may process certain personal information on behalf of our customers that relates to their delivery drivers, including name, phone number, email, location information, and driver behavior information.
We use this information to assist our customers in delivering goods to their clients. Our customers are responsible for providing all required notices, obtaining all necessary consents, and otherwise complying with applicable privacy laws with respect to the collection, transfer, and use of the information by us in order to provide our services to them.
Use of the Apps and Our Services: We may monitor use of the Apps and our services by our customers or other authorized users in order to detect, investigate, or prevent any actual or potential violation of our terms and conditions.
Location Information: With consent, we collect drivers' location information on behalf of our customers by accessing their device's GPS coordinates so that we can provide location-based services, including live navigation and tracking features in our Apps. Drivers can opt-out of location tracking at any time by turning off their location services for the App in the settings of their mobile device. Opting out of location information may not allow the Apps to function correctly.
SMS/Text Message Notifications
Text Message Notifications: We may send SMS text message notifications to you or your customers regarding:
- Delivery status updates and estimated arrival times
- Assignment of delivery routes to drivers
- Order confirmations and shipping notifications
- Customer tracking links and delivery notifications
- Other activities relating to business use of our Apps
Consent: By providing a phone number and opting in to SMS notifications through our Apps or services, you consent to receive text messages from SMB HEROES. Message frequency varies based on delivery activity and service usage.
Opt-Out: You can opt-out of receiving SMS text messages at any time by:
- Replying "STOP" to any text message you receive from us

Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply. Please contact your mobile carrier for details about your text messaging plan.
SMS Data Sharing: We do not sell, rent, or share phone numbers or SMS consent data with third parties for their marketing purposes. Phone numbers and SMS consent information are only used for the purposes of providing our delivery notification services. SMB HEROES will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign.
Push Notifications: With consent, we may display push notifications on an App user's mobile device. If you wish to stop receiving push notifications from us, you can turn off push notifications for the App in the settings of your mobile device.
Information We Collect Through Our Apps, Website, and Other Interactions

App Usage Information & Analytics: As with many applications, certain limited data is required for the Apps to function on your device.
